My partner and I stopped in to get ideas for a next pet not knowing we’d entire and entire terrarium. It was amazing there and I highly recommend this space to everyone and anyone. Not only did the store smell good which is rare for fish spaces but all the tanks were taken care of and even had enrichment for the animals which is so crucial. The men working had a friendly vibe and they gave space for use to the walk around. Walking into the reptile section gave me hope that stores actually care. Toast and Mary were doing their jobs and might have been my favorite part outside of finding a new love for boas. Plus the music selection made my inner “scene kid” happy. Thank you to the owners!

This place is amazing! I went in with a blank canvas to build a planted shrimp tank and Adam helped me through every step. He took time to explain the benefits of every plant, how to care for them, and gave plenty of suggestions. The staff are very knowledgeable, the tanks are clean, the fish are healthy, and I always enjoy my time here (even if I don’t buy anything.) Adam has even messaged me directly weeks after purchasing my shrimp to check on the tank and see how the plants and shrimp are doing. If you are in need of a local fish store where you can trust you’ll be treated well then this is place for you! Thanks guys.

I have purchased a few reptiles from here and they have all been extremely healthy! Some of the rarer reptiles they have found for me include a Julio’s casque head iguana and a Tanimbar blue tongue skink. Highly recommend them!

Visited a few weeks back and was very impressed with the store compared to other stores I’ve been to they are much much larger 10/10 experience for me. A extremely wide selection of reptiles and fish employees were very helpful. I ended up going home with a new friend :) here is Marty Supreme, my new African sideneck turtle:

I recently purchased an epaulette shark from Royal Union Pets, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Even though it was a very expensive and sensitive animal, the team made everything incredibly easy and completely stress-free. They even went above and beyond by meeting me halfway to avoid shipping overnight in this frigid winter — a level of care and dedication that truly impressed me. Their communication through Instagram and text was absolutely top-notch, with quick responses at all hours, even late at night or early in the morning. This was by far the best customer service I’ve ever experienced from any pet store. I’m extremely impressed and will 100% be ordering from them again

I’ve been going to the shop for years and never realized I havnt left a review! So it’s about time😁As a saltwater hobbyist this a gem stones stone of a store but as well as a hidden gem of a reptile shop as well Brian has extent amount of knowledge of reptiles and it’s great to go somewhere where they not only care about the animals but love the animals I purchased a pair of green tree monitors from them and I could not be happier with them as their eating exploring For those who haven’t been i can’t stress it enough please check them out!!

LOVE THIS PLACE!! I will never go to another aquarium store in my life, the prices are unbeatable. The fish are healthy, great selection of plants, and even the fish tanks are reasonably priced. The store is clean and they even have the friendliest kitty name Toast. Staff is awesome and everyone knows their stuff, unlike a franchised pet store. Look how happy these turtles are!

I ordered a male Green keel belly lizard and he arrived healthy and spunky. He's been doing very well with no problems. Customer service was top notch and communication was not a problem. Their animals are all healthy and happy. Definitely recommend ordering from them or stopping in the store!

Most excellent variety of salt and fresh water aquatics (corel, fishes, snalis, shrip....) spiders, reptile.... and more! Come for the visual experience... leave with insight, information, creative solutions, and anny and all the supplies you may need to have your own aquatic and reptilian experiences at home or in the office! Friendly, honest, and happy to help! I highly recommend this establishment!
